Connections to Other Cases
Police later confirmed that Elsa is related to two other abandoned babies:
- Harry, a boy found in a park in 2017.
- Roman, another boy found in a playground in 2019.
DNA tests in April 2024 revealed that the three babies are siblings.
Investigation Efforts
Authorities have been investigating since 2017, when Harry was first found. They’ve reviewed hundreds of hours of security footage and have a DNA profile of the mother. They believe the parents may live in the Plaistow or East Ham area of London.
Public Appeal
Police are concerned for the parents, particularly the mother, and are urging anyone who might have known about her pregnancies to come forward. They believe someone in the community may have noticed something.
They are appealing to people in healthcare, social services, schools, and charities to think back and consider if they encountered a woman who might be connected to the case.
Authorities’ Assurance
The police have assured the public that even small pieces of information could help, and they can easily eliminate individuals not involved in the case.
Update on the Babies
Elsa, Harry, and Roman are all safe and well cared for. The investigation remains active, with authorities determined to find answers.
