A tourist from Virginia was arrested in Miami Beach, Florida, for making racist remarks to a bartender after being asked to pay his bill.

He allegedly yelled at the bartender using offensive language, including anti-Hispanic slurs, and said, “Trump is going to deport your a–.” He also reportedly said, “English, motherf—er. I live in America. You speak English.”
Before making the racist comments, he reportedly said “Hola” to the bartender.
He also punched another employee in the face, according to police.
Because he was becoming increasingly aggressive, the bar staff let him leave to prevent further violence.
However, as he left, he intentionally bumped into the bartender with his shoulder.
Nixon left the bar but came back while police were there.
He was arrested and charged with battery with prejudice (a felony), as well as misdemeanor charges of damaging property, not paying his bill, and disorderly conduct. He was held on a $5,450 bond.
