A 19-year-old man from Pennsylvania ended his own life on Sunday after fatally shooting his parents and younger brother in a heartbreaking murder-suicide at their home in North Sewickley Township.
Police were alerted to the tragic event by a 911 call from the youngest victim and arrived to discover a chilling scene. Beaver County District Attorney Nate Bible commented, “Several weapons were recovered at the scene. We are still determining which weapons were used and establishing a timeline of events.”
Evidence suggests that Clifford Jr. was the last to be shot, indicating he was responsible for the killings.
Cody Hunt, a junior at Riverside High School, was a saxophonist in the National Honor Society marching band and aspired to be a pilot.
He had hopes of attending the US Air Force Academy and volunteered at the Air Heritage Museum in Chippewa, sharing his passion for aviation.
“Cody was known for his kindness and always helping others. His teachers and friends at Riverside will greatly miss him,” stated the school.
